1. Order Processing
Every Lamp Lux lamp is handcrafted to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your piece to be made, quality-checked, and packed before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. During sales and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. They begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your parcel anytime via our Track My Order page.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices. Please check with your local customs office for details.
5. Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us and we'll help track it down.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, email a photo to lampluxdecor@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement. For lost parcels, we'll work with the carrier to locate your order or send a replacement.
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
