Is every lamp really unique?
Yes! Because we use natural wood and hand-pour every resin layer, no two lamps are ever exactly the same. The piece you receive will have its own unique grain, resin pattern, and character — that's the beauty of handcrafted work.
What sizes are available?
We offer three sizes, each with a warm LED light base:
- Small (S): 15 × 11 × 3.5cm — perfect for desks and bedside tables
- Medium (M): 20 × 17 × 3.5cm — ideal for shelves and living rooms
- Large (L): 25 × 17 × 3.5cm — a statement piece or premium gift
All measurements are approximate due to the handcrafted nature of each piece.
How is the lamp powered?
Each lamp comes with a warm white LED base (3000K) powered by a USB cable, which is included. It plugs into any USB port or wall adapter. It's low energy and safe to leave on through the night.
How do I care for my lamp?
Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, keep away from moisture, and don't use harsh chemical cleaners on the resin surface. With basic care, your lamp will glow beautifully for years.
How much is shipping?
Free standard shipping on all orders over $99. Otherwise, standard shipping is $7.99 (7–14 business days) and express is $19.99 (3–7 business days).
How long will my order take?
Orders are handcrafted and processed within 1–3 business days, then delivered within 5–14 business days depending on your shipping choice and location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping is calculated at checkout, with free standard shipping on international orders over $149.
What is your return policy?
We offer 30-day hassle-free returns for any reason. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Email us at nischalchand2004@gmail.com to start a return, and we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
My lamp arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry! Although we pack every order with care, accidents happen in transit. Just send us a photo at nischalchand2004@gmail.com and we'll send a replacement right away — no questions asked.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. You can also visit our Track My Order page anytime.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Every lamp arrives in a premium, gift-ready box with foam inserts — no extra wrapping needed. It's ready to give straight out of the shipping box. 🎁
