You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return

- Let us know which item you'd like to return and why
- We'll reply within 24 hours with simple return instructions
- Once we receive your return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your lamp arrives damaged or faulty, simply send us a photo at nischalchand2004@gmail.com and we'll send a free replacement right away — no need to return the original.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty.
Exchanges
Want a different size? Email us and we'll arrange an exchange — you'll only cover return shipping on the original item.
